European Scout Committee
The Committee exercises its functions as outlined in the European Scout Region Constitution, implements resolutions of the European Scout Conference, and advises the World Scout Committee and the National Scout Organizations in the Region.
European Scout Committee members
Voting members
The European Scout Committee consists of six volunteer members who are elected for a three-year term.
Ex-officio non-voting members
The following positions are members of the committee but have no right to vote:
- A volunteer is appointed as Treasurer
- The Director of the World Scout Bureau - Europe Support Centre is the Committee’s secretary.
The Committee meets in person three times a year, while its Steering Committee, which consists of the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and the Regional Director, meets as needed.

Regional Scout Plan 2025-2028
The Regional Scout Plan 2025-2028 is a strategic document for the European Scout Region. It aligns with the Scouting mission and aims to contribute to the World Triennial Plan 2024-2027.
