Arab Scout Conference
The Arab Scout Conference is held every three years to develop the region's general policy through resolutions. During the event, members of the Arab Scout Committee are elected. Each Member Organization can send up to six delegates and a number of observers to the conference.
Arab Scout Committee
The Arab Scout Committee is the executive body of the Arab Scout Region. It is made up of seven people who are elected for a six-year term. To ensure continuity, three of the elected members retire at each Arab Scout Conference and are replaced by three new members.
Committee members must be from different countries.
Youth Advisors to the Arab Scout Committee
The Arab Scout Youth Forum elects six Youth Advisors to the Arab Scout Committee, for a three-year term. Youth Advisors take part in the meetings of the Arab Scout Committee and help in the preparation of the next Arab Scout Youth Forum. They must be aged 18-26 at the time of election and all represent different countries.
