GLB-C13-2025
Dear friends,
We are excited to announce that registration for JOTA-JOTI 2025 (Jamboree on the Air - Jamboree on the Internet) will open on 18 July 2025. This early opening gives sufficient time for young people, volunteers, National Scout Organization (NSO) leadership and JOTA-JOTI Coordinators to plan and get ready for this exciting annual event.
Individuals and Scout groups can register through the event’s dedicated online platform. Please remember that a parent, guardian, or Adult Leader must register children under the age of 13.
JOTA-JOTI 2025 will take place from 17 - 19 October 2025, bringing together millions of young people and volunteers from around the world for the largest Scouting event online and over the airwaves.
New JOTA-JOTI logo and 2025 badge
As part of the preparations, we are pleased to introduce the new permanent JOTA-JOTI logo and the 2025 badge, which will give the event a more consistent brand and visual identity across our promotions. Each year, the event will also feature a unique badge specific to each edition of JOTA-JOTI.
The new permanent logo is inspired by the idea of digital connection and international friendship, reflecting Scouting’s global spirit through technology and communication. You can explore the new logo, download the graphic files, and learn how to use the brand elements by visiting our World Scouting’s digital brand centre.
The 2025 badge is inspired by this year’s theme: “A World Shaped by Youth” - one of the key pillars of our Strategy for Scouting. It celebrates young people who are leading change, building bridges, sparking innovation, and creating a better world across borders. The badge will also be available for purchase through the official World Scout Shop in the coming weeks.
Please note that a license from World Scouting is currently required to reproduce the JOTA-JOTI badge or logo for commercial purposes. For support in using the badge or logo for non-commercial purposes, NSOs can contact Syafiq Mohd Hashim, Senior Executive, Legal and Compliance at World Scouting by sending an email to [email protected].
We encourage NSOs and National JOTA-JOTI Coordinators to share the registration details with local Scout groups and Adults in Scouting. You can also make use of the Trello board and digital brand centre to access all the visual assets and graphics to promote the event among your members.
If you have any questions or need support for the event, please contact Džanin Jamaković, Manager, WOSM Events, by sending an email to [email protected]
Yours in Scouting,
David Berg
