Dear friends in Scouting,
Thank you for your participation and valuable contributions to the 29th Interamerican Scout Conference held in Curaçao. We are pleased to share with you the main decisions adopted by the Conference, which will help guide the collective work of our Region throughout the 2025–2028 triennium.
We invite all Member Organizations to review the approved documents carefully, discuss them with your leadership teams, and identify the actions that may require follow-up at the national level.
The Resolutions approved by the Conference are now available as an attachment to this circular and on the Regional Conference website. The Constitutional Amendment will be included in a new version of the Constitution and will be vailable in the Learning Zone. The Conference adopted the following:

- 2/2025 Regional Policies
- 3/2025 Enhancing Resilience of at-risk Member Organisations
- 4/2025 Revitalization of the Regional Networks
- 5/2025 Declaration for a simpler and more accessible model for Interamerican Scout Conferences
- 6/2025 Implementation of Impact Measurement Tools for Scouting in the Interamerican Region

Additionally, the Conference set the objectives of the Regional Plan 2025–2028. These objectives will now be integrated into the final version of the Regional Plan and will be approved by the Interamerican Scout Committee and circulated early 2026 with all Member Organizations.
We appreciate the commitment and engagement demonstrated by all delegations in shaping the direction of the Movement Scout in the Americas. Your continued collaboration strengthens our Region and helps expand the impact of Scouting across our communities.
