Circular 04-IARConf-2025
New participation fees and accommodation options
Dear friends in Scouting,
We are pleased to inform you that, in line with our commitment to make regional events more accessible and after listening carefully to the comments of the National Scout Organizations, the Interamerican Scout Committee has decided to adjust the participation fees for the upcoming 29th Interamerican Scout Conference, to be held from 30 October to 2 November 2025 in Willemstad, Curaçao.
This decision has been made possible thanks to Scouting Antiano's efforts, with the support of the World Scout Bureau—Interamerica Support Centre, to reduce costs and establish strategic partnerships that will allow us to offer a quality event at a more affordable cost.
New Participation Fees
The Interamerican Scout Committee has approved the following participation fees:
Category | Adjusted Fee |
Delegates | $800 USD |
Delegates (early payment by 30 June) | $700 USD |
Delegates and observers under 27 years of age | $700 USD |
Observers | $850 USD |
The fees for virtual participation and the accompanying persons programme will be announced in future communications.
We trust that this cost reduction will facilitate greater participation by National Scout Organisations in this important regional event, strengthening our bonds of brotherhood and collaboration.
