Dear sisters and brothers in Scouting,
As we prepare for our 29th Interamerican Scout Conference, we come together once again in the spirit of unity and gratitude for all those who have contributed to Scouting in our region.
A meaningful moment during the Conference will be the tribute to remember those distinguished Scouts who have reached the end of their earthly journey in recent years and now rest in the Eternal Camp.
We kindly ask each Member Organization to complete the following form by Sunday 26 October 2025, providing the name and a photograph (in the best possible resolution) of any distinguished member at the national level who has passed away between November 2022 and October 2025, so that we may include them in this tribute of remembrance during the Conference:
We deeply appreciate your collaboration in ensuring that the memory of these Scouts continues to inspire us all.
Yours in Scouting,
