Dear friends in Scouting,
To promote the active participation of young people in decision-making within the Scout Movement, the Interamerican Scout Committee is pleased to announce a special discount programme for the 29th Interamerican Scout Conference.
Member Organisations that already have at least one delegate registered for in-person participation and wish to increase the involvement of young people virtually may apply for the following discounts:
To register 2 young adults as virtual delegates or observers:
- Reduced fee: USD $65 per person
- 50% discount on the original virtual participation fee for young people.
To register 3 or more young adults as virtual delegates or observers:
- Reduced fee: USD $39 per person
- 70% discount on the original virtual participation fee for young people.
Eligibility criteria:
- Have at least one delegate attending the Conference in person
- Nominated participants must be under 27 years of age and involved at the national level of the Member Organisation
- Member Organisations must be up to date with full payment of their regional fees by September 2025

- Complete the application form attached to this circular.

- Application deadline: 12 October 2025
- Response to applications: 15 October 2025
