Following the procedure established in Rule 7 of the Rules of Procedure of the 29th Interamerican Scout Conference and Circular 17, we are pleased to circulate a draft amendment submitted for consideration to Draft Resolution 2025-E “Declaration for a simpler and more accessible model for Interamerican Scout Conferences”, which was previously shared in Conference Document 5B.
The Resolutions Committee has processed the Draft Amendment, and the corresponding Conference document is now available for consultation by Member Organisations: Conference Document 5C – Draft Amendments to the Draft Resolutions.
