Dear friends,
Following the conclusion of the 19th Africa Scout Conference and the 10th Africa Scout Youth Forum, we are pleased to share the Conference Resolutions adopted in Madagascar. These include the amendments made to the Constitution of the Africa Scout Region, and the Ordinary Resolutions. The documents: 11C and 11D are available on the conference website .
Following the amendments approved by the conference, the constitution has since been endorsed by the World Scout Committee and is now the official constitution of the Africa Region.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all delegates and observers for your active participation and valuable contributions toward strengthening and advancing Scouting in the Africa Region.
