Invitation for Member Organisations to submit Draft Resolutions and Amendments
Dear Friends in Scouting,
As part of the institutional preparations for the 29th Interamerican Scout Conference, the Interamerican Scout Committee invites Member Organisations to actively contribute to shaping the future of the Region outcomes by submitting Draft Resolutions and Amendments.
In line with the Constitution of the Interamerican Scout Region and the Rules of Procedure, Member Organisations are encouraged to:
- Submit proposals for Constitutional Amendments as defined in Article 44 of the Regional Constitution, by 30 June 2025, 23:59 (Panama Time).
- Submit Draft Resolutions by 30 July 2025, 23:59 (Panama Time).
These proposals will be reviewed and formally considered during the Conference’s voting sessions, in accordance with the applicable procedures.
