Greetings from the Asia-Pacific Support Centre!
Following a comprehensive process of review and consultation, the APR Strategy Task Force, in collaboration with the APR Strategy Monitoring Task Force, has finalized the draft of the Asia-Pacific Regional Strategy 2033, along with its first implementation phase the APR Strategy Triennial Plan 2025–2028.
We are pleased to inform you that valuable feedback received from NSOs and stakeholders on the initial draft (shared in March 2025) has been carefully considered and incorporated. The Regional Scout Committee, in its meeting held in April 2025, has endorsed the document with a few minor suggestions.
We are now pleased to share the updated draft as Conference Document No. 5 for your reference, review, and preparation for further discussion during the Breakout Group sessions at the upcoming Regional Conference.
