How do we assess our real organisational needs before recruiting? How do we define roles clearly and integrate volunteers in a way that supports long-term engagement? What does recruitment look like when it is connected to our full volunteer management approach?
Through short NSO case sharings, guided discussions, and interactive exchange, participants will reflect on different approaches, gain practical tools, and explore how World Scouting can support the strengthening of recruitment systems within their NSO.
