Constitutional Amendment and Draft Resolutions Proposed by the Interamerican Scout Committee
Dear Friends in Scouting,
We are pleased to inform you that Member Organizations can now review and consider the Constitutional Amendment and Draft Resolutions proposed by the Interamerican Scout Committee for the 29th Interamerican Scout Conference.
You can review the Proposals in the following Conference Documents:
- Document 4A: Amendment to the Constitution of the Interamerican Scout Region Proposed by Interamerican Scout Committee
- Document 5A: Draft Resolutions Proposed by Interamerican Scout Committee
Member Organizations are encouraged to review the documents in preparation for their participation in the Conference deliberations and voting sessions. For guidance and context, reference materials and submission templates are also provided on the same page (Document 1A).
Member Organizations can still submit:
- Amendments to the Constitution of the Interamerican Scout Region until 30 June 2025 23:59 GMT-5.
- Submit Draft Resolutions until 30 July 2025, 23:59 GMT-5, using the templates and procedures outlined in the Rules of Procedure and supporting documents.
To support preparation and enable active engagement, we invite Member Organizations to attend upcoming pre-engagement webinar, which will offer insights into the Interamerican Scout Committee proposals.
