Over the last 6 months, a review was conducted to ensure that the support and activities the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) provides to National Scout Organizations (NSOs) in the Eurasia Scout Region are adequately aligned with their needs. This review was a result of a request from the Eurasia Regional Scout Committee and the Secretary General, following the serious decline in membership of young people in the Region. As a consequence of this, a number of changes have recently happened in the Eurasia Support Centre. To find out more, please refer to the circular.
