Dear Friends in Scouting,
Following Circular 5 and Circular 13, which initiated the appointment process for the Credentials Committee, Resolutions Committee, and Tellers for the 29th Interamerican Scout Conference, we are pleased to inform you of the outcome of the endorsement vote carried out by Member Organizations.
Results of the electronic vote
In accordance with Rule 5 of the Rules of Procedure, the appointments proposed in Agreement 18/2025 of the Interamerican Scout Committee were submitted for electronic endorsement. Following receipt of votes from Member Organizations by the deadline, the motion was carried by simple majority.
Final Decision
The following individuals are hereby confirmed to serve as Conference Officers for the 29th Interamerican Scout Conference:
