Dear friends in Scouting,
As we begin the 2025–2028 triennium, the Interamerican Scout Region is launching a new Open Call for Volunteers to join the substructures of the Interamerican Scout Committee and various Regional Operational Teams.
We invite committed individuals with a regional perspective and a strong spirit of service to help strengthen the Scout Movement across the Americas. Through their participation, volunteers will support the implementation of the Regional Plan 2025–2028 and the resolutions adopted at the 29th Interamerican Scout Conference.
Volunteering in World Scouting
All volunteer roles will be carried out remotely, allowing participation from any country in the Region and fostering collaboration among diverse, multicultural, and multidisciplinary teams.
Appointments will be made for the duration of the current triennium. The estimated monthly time commitment varies by role and is specified in each volunteer profile.
Institutional Framework and Eligibility
In line with Resolution 6/2022 – Management of Adult Volunteers in the International Teams of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, adopted at the 28th Interamerican Scout Conference (Paraguay, 2022), National Scout Organizations (NSOs) are encouraged to support and facilitate the participation of registered adult volunteers in regional teams.
General requirements to apply:
