This session will provide a dedicated space for peer exchange among Governance Body Chairs to reflect on current governance priorities, share experiences, and identify common challenges faced by NSOs across the Region.
During the meeting, participants will:
- Exchange perspectives on key governance challenges within their organizations
- Identify shared priorities, needs, and expectations for Governance Body Chairs
The session will combine a brief plenary discussion with small-group conversations guided by prompting questions, fostering an open and interactive dialogue.
