Further to Circular ASR-AFR-07-2025 on the call for Constitutional Amendment and Conference Resolution proposals, this is to share the attached proposed Ordinary Resolutions received by the deadline of 18 July 2025 (Conference Document 11b). The proposed Ordinary Resolutions are as follows:
◦ Regional Triennial plan 2025-2028
Consideration of Portuguese as a working language of the Africa Scout Region
◦ Consideration of Kiswahili as a working language of the Africa Scout Region
NSOs are encouraged to study and discuss these conference documents and come prepared to the Conference.
