Introducing the second version of the Regional Scout Plan
We’re excited to share the second version of the Regional Scout Plan 2025–2028 — a renewed roadmap to strengthen Scouting across the European Region. This update reflects the valuable feedback received from Member Organizations during the European Scout Symposium and builds on the foundations of the previous plan.
As we prepare to gather for the Conference, we invite you to reflect on and contribute to this version. It’s a unique opportunity to ensure the Plan responds to the evolving needs of young people and our Member Organizations. Your voice matters — join the conversation, share your insights, and help shape our shared future.
Reminder: deadline for draft resolutions from Member Organizations
Don’t forget — the deadline for Member Organizations to submit draft resolutions for the Conference is this week!
If you haven’t submitted yours yet, now’s the time to finalise and send them in.
Resolutions Committee Appointment
We sincerely appreciate the nominations submitted for the Resolutions Committee and thank everyone who took part in the process. In line with the Rules of Procedure, the European Scout Committee makes provisional appointments to the Resolutions Committee.
These provisional appointments will be announced publicly in the coming weeks and formally confirmed during the first session of the Conference in Vienna.

Regional Scout Plan - Presentation and Discussion
Let’s talk strategy! Join us for a presentation and discussion of the final draft of the Regional Scout Plan. This interactive session will include an overview of the Regional Scout Plan, followed by an open space for discussion and a Q&A session. It’s a great opportunity to engage with the plan, ask questions, and provide feedback.
