Registration Timeline Update
We kindly remind you that the Early Bird registration for the 25th European Scout Conference is available until 22 February 2025. By completing your registration before this deadline, you will benefit from the reduced conference fee of €975 (excluding hotel). Additionally, a Hotel Package Deal is available until the same date, providing a convenient accommodation option for attendees. We encourage you to take advantage of these offers by registering early.
Financial Support
Building on the decision of the European Scout Committee to allocate financial support for NSOs to join regional events, we are pleased to remind you that financial support to attend the 25th European Scout Conference is available. To promote youth empowerment at the 25th European Scout Conference, this support is available to one participant under 30 years old from each NSO. See more information here.
Institutional Update
Call for Nominations of Members of the Resolutions Committee and of Tellers of the 25th European Scout Conference 2025
As per the Rules of Procedure for the 25th European Scout Conference (cf. Conference Document 2, art 3.e) we are happy to publish the Open Call for Members of the Resolutions Committee for the Conference.
According to its Terms of Reference (cf. Conference Document 2A), the Resolutions Committee shall facilitate the Draft Resolutions and Amendments process before and during the Conference.
The Resolutions Committee shall be composed of four to six members.
Nominations shall be limited to members of delegations participating in the Conference.
A Role Description can be found attached to this communication.
Member Organizations of WOSM in the European Region are invited to submit their proposals through the following form no later than 31 March 2025.
Further to art 3.c of the Rules of Procedure of the 25th European Scout Conference, we would like to take this opportunity to invite all Member Organizations to submit nominations of candidates to serve as one of three Tellers for the Conference. The primary role of Tellers is to count and verify the number of votes recorded. When electronic counting of votes is used the Tellers will oversee the voting procedure and verify the number of votes recorded.
Proposals shall be submitted through the following form no later than 31 March 2025.
Receipt of proposals for both roles will be acknowledged and provisional appointments will be communicated through a Circular, and approved by the Conference during its first session.
We take this opportunity to invite you all to explore the recently launched Conference Resolutions Database to learn about decisions made by the Movement in the past. The database currently includes resolutions adopted by the World Scout Conference and the European Scout Conference.

Delegate 101 - Preparing for the Conference

➕ℹ️ This session is designed to equip delegates with everything they need to know for a successful and informed conference experience. We’ll cover the Rules of Procedure, the conference agenda, and the e-voting process.
Additionally, we’ll offer dedicated breakout rooms: one for new delegates and one for youth delegates, providing tailored support and guidance.

The following pre-engagement will be on Regional Scout Plan, 14 may 2025, 19:00-20:00 CEST. Those joining the European Scout Symposium next month in Höor, Sweden from 14-16 March 2025, will have the opportunity to discuss the first version of the Regional Scout Plan. 2025-2028.
