The European Scout Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) is pleased to share the final version of the Regional Scout Plan 2022-2025, which includes the Action Plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Following the appointment of the members of the Regional Operational Framework 2022-2025 in November 2022 (cf. Regional Circular 17 2022), the All Groups Meeting led to the development of a detailed Action Plan with dedicated KPIs for each objective of all three Strategic Priorities as well as areas of work and development identified by the European Scout Committee.
Each team of the Operational Framework reflected upon the defined goals and projected their key milestones and deliverables. Throughout this process, the Monitoring and Evaluation Team supported the development of measurable KPIs and ensured a level of alignment.
These Goals, KPIs and Action Plan were integrated into the Regional Scout Plan 2022-2025 which is now available for all Member Organisations to consult. Moving forward, this will become instrumental in the consistent monitoring and reporting system which is being designed to facilitate smooth follow-up of the progress achieved.
Regional Survey 2023
A key measure towards measuring our progress is the gathering of baseline data for the environment and the situation of our Member Organisations (MOs). We invite you, the MOs in our Region, to participate in the Regional Survey 2023 which will provide assessment and analysis of the current situation, setting benchmarks for the future progress through the Regional Scout Plan. Please do so before 30 April 2023.
