The World Youth Leadership Summit 2026 is coming to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 10 to 12 December 2026! This exciting three-day event will bring together young leaders aged 18–28 from the Big Six Youth Organizations to exchange ideas, tackle real-world challenges, and explore what leadership could look like in the future.
Co-hosted by the Girl Guides Association Malaysia (GGAM) and the Asia School of Business (ASB), in collaboration with MIT Sloan School of Management, the Summit promises an engaging mix of hands-on learning, global connections, and memorable experiences.
What to expect
- Future-focused leadership: Explore artificial intelligence, future careers, the evolving workplace, entrepreneurship and sustainability.
- Learning and collaboration: Engage with experts, exchange perspectives and develop innovative ideas through interactive sessions and Action Pitches.
- Global unity: Head to the iconic Menara Merdeka 118 for a Guinness World Record attempt! Join delegates in connecting Summit scarves to create a "Knot of Unity and Global Friendship", celebrating the power of young people coming together.
- Celebrating women's leadership: Enjoy a special Gala Dinner marking the Girl Guides Association Malaysia's 110th anniversary and its legacy of empowering girls and young women.
- International connections: Build friendships and exchange ideas with young leaders from across the world.

- Registration fee: USD 485 per participant

The registration fee includes two nights of twin-sharing accommodation, specified meals, scheduled ground transportation, Summit sessions and activities, city sightseeing, a welcome kit, Summit scarf and participation certificate.
Airfare, airport transfers, applicable visa fees, personal travel insurance and personal expenses are not included.
