The 9th Indian Ocean Zonal Scout Conference will be held in Moroni, Comoros on 2nd - 5th July 2023 including arrivals and departures. The event is organized by the World Scout Bureau Africa Support Centre and hosted by Wezo Mbeli - Association Nationale du Scoutisme Comorien.
