We are preparing to welcome everyone to the 43rd World Scout Conference to be held from 17 to 23 August. The Conference will be held in person in Cairo, Egypt, but we have also provided an option for participants to participate in the event digitally. In addition, the WOSM Constitution (Article XI.3) and the Rules of Internal Procedure of the Conference (Rule 4.f) allow Member Organizations to appoint a proxy for their vote, if they so wish.
If your Member Organization will not be present at the Conference, either in person or online, and wishes to exercise its right to vote, we ask the official contact person of the Member Organization to complete the proxy form in order to identify another Member Organization that will hold a proxy on behalf of your organization to vote on its behalf. The completed form must be sent to [email protected] in advance of the inaugural session of the Conference, scheduled for 17 August 2024 at 11:00 UTC.
