Greetings from the Asia-Pacific Support Centre!
We are pleased to invite National Scout Organizations (NSOs) in the Asia-Pacific Region to submit bids to host the 34th Asia-Pacific Scout Jamboree, scheduled for 2029.
NSOs interested in hosting the 34th A-P Scout Jamboree are requested to complete and submit the attached bid form, along with the required supporting documents outlined in the form.
All required documents must be submitted via email to the Asia-Pacific Support Centre no later than 05 July 2025, 18:00H (Manila Time). The official time of receipt will be determined based on the machine-generated timestamp of the email, as received by the Asia-Pacific Support Centre.
Evaluation and Selection Process:
1. The Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Committee will review all submitted applications based on the “Expanded Implementing Guidelines on Major Youth Events Recognized as Asia-Pacific Regional Events - Beyond 2013” (attached).
2. The application will then be endorsed for voting at the 28th Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Conference, scheduled to take place in Taiwan in October 2025.
3. The host NSO for the 34th Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Jamboree will be officially announced during the Regional Scout Conference.
