With just two months way from the XI Interamerican Scout Summit, we would like to extend a warm invitation for you to be part of this significant event. The summit will take place from November 29 to December 1, 2024, at the Hotel and Convention Center Recinto Quirama, located just 30 minutes from José María Córdova International Airport in Rionegro. This event promises to be a space for reflection and collaboration, as well as an opportunity to connect with Colombia's vibrant culture and nature. We invite you to learn more about the registration process, the accompanying persons fee, and the various tourist attractions to enjoy in Colombia. Registration Process
For registration, participants and accompanying persons must complete the form available at the following link:

Accompanying Persons
The participation of accompanying persons has been defined for the following sessions of the Summit Agenda:
- Opening of the event
- Foundation Dinner
- Interamerican Fair
- Closing of the event
The participation fee approved by the Interamerican Scout Committee is three hundred seventy-five dollars ($375 USD) per accompanying person. This fee includes:
- Event participation kit.
- Round-trip transfer from José María Córdova International Airport in Rionegro to the event venue.
- Accommodation for 2 nights (November 29 and 30) at the Hotel and Convention Center Recinto Quirama, based on double occupancy.
- Meal from lunch on November 29 to lunch on December 1.
A maximum of 10 participants is allowed in this modality, so we recommend to complete the registration as soon as possible.
