With the Youth Forum and Conference approaching, participants are required to register to help with event planning and logistics. Therefore, this is to notify you that the registration for both events will be open from 30th June to 31st July 2025, via the website of the events https://africa.scoutconference.org
We are implementing a new online registration platform to streamline the process and improve communication with participants before and during the conference. This user-friendly system will make registration smoother and ensure participants receive timely updates for a better event experience.
To be registered, all interested participants for the events will express their interest to participate in the various capacities of (Delegate, observer or accompanying person) through the website.
An appointed Head of Contingent will review and approve applications in consultation with their NSO. Only approved participants will be included in the official participants list.
A training for the Heads of Contingents will be held on the 21st of June and an open training for all members on the 28th of June. We call upon each NSO to appoint a Head of Contingent and submit your nominee’s name and email to [email protected] by 18th June 2025.
