Following the call for bids to host future regional Scout events, as communicated through Circular N°. ASR-AFR-C10-2025 and the subsequent extension via Circular N° ASR-AFR-C15-2025, we are pleased to share the list of member organisations that met the minimum bidding requirements for the respective events. Below is the summary of the bids received:

All bidding Member Organisations will have the opportunity to present their proposals during the upcoming Africa Scout Conference. Following these presentations, elections will be held to determine the hosts for each event.
Subsequently, the Africa Scout Committee will undertake a thorough evaluation of the elected hosts to confirm their suitability in line with the event guidelines and the WOSM Events Strategy.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all member organisations that submitted bids and demonstrated their commitment to advancing Scouting in Africa. For events that currently have no bidders, the Africa Scout Committee will deliberate on appropriate next steps.
