As per the 19th Africa Scout Conference Rules of Procedure 3f, a Member Organization which is unable to be present at the Conference may give its proxy votes to another Member Organization of the Africa Scout Region. We would therefore like to request any Member organization that will not be present at the 10th Africa Scout Youth Forum and/or the 19th Africa Scout Conference to complete the proxy form attached in order to identify another Member Organization that will hold a proxy on behalf of your NSO.
The completed form must be sent to [email protected] before the respective opening sessions of the 10th Africa Scout Youth Forum and 19th Africa Scout Conference.
