Following the call for bids to host future regional events through Circular No ASR-AFR-C10-2025, we wish to inform you that all the bids received by the deadline (30 June 2025) were incomplete, considering the guidelines provided.
In addition, two NSOs formally requested to be allowed to submit their bids after the deadline as they were yet to meet all the requirements. Both are yet to submit their bids. Therefore, the bidding period for the future regional Scout events, as per Circular No ASR-AFR-C10-2025 and related guidelines, has been extended to 28th July at 23:59hrs (GMT+3).
We encourage all interested NSOs to make use of this extension to prepare and submit complete bids for
the following regional Scouts events:
• Africa Scout Day 2027
• Africa Scout Day 2028
• Africa Scout Day 2029
• 20th ASConf and 11ASYF
• Africa Scout Jamboree 2029
• 3rd Africa Scout Moot 2030
