Greetings from the Asia-Pacific Support Centre.
We are pleased to share with our National Scout Organizations the amended APR Constitution and By-Laws, following the unanimous adoption by the Member Organizations during the 28th Asia-Pacific Scout Conference held in October 2025. These amendments include the adoption of gender-inclusive language throughout the Constitution and the inclusion of an additional provision under Article IV concerning Member Organizations' compliance with WOSM Safeguarding Policies.
This edition supersedes all previous versions of the APR Constitution and By-Laws and took effect on 29 March 2026, following the approval of the amendments by the World Scout Committee.
