WOSM Registration and World Events Fees
This page brings together key information to help National Scout Organizations (NSOs) understand how WOSM’s Registration Fee Model and Event Fee Model are being reviewed and developed. Following Resolution 2024-02, the World Scout Committee launched this review and appointed a Fee Task Force to lead the work.
The review includes consultations with NSOs and workshops at Regional Conferences. The aim is to achieve a fairer distribution of fees that reflects different economic and membership realities, without increasing overall fee income.

Resolutions
The review of WOSM’s fee models is based on decisions made by Member Organizations at World Scout Conferences.
- Resolution 2024-02: Calls for a review of WOSM’s registration and event fee models to help ensure they remain fair, sustainable, and aligned with current economic realities.
- Resolution 2011-02: Outlines the current registration fee system, which is currently under review.
