Wędrownicza Watra 2026

Europe Support Centre

Wędrownicza Watra is a recurring, nationwide gathering for Rovers. Every year, several hundred young people participate, striving to become active members of local communities, leaders, and achieve mastery in various fields. Each year, this event brings together dozens of experts, influencers, and artists who instil in Wędrownicza Watra participants new knowledge, skills, and passion for action in the coming year. We strive to ensure that the event is always accompanied by an atmosphere of openness, tolerance, support, opportunities for self-development and self-fulfilment, as well as a sense of challenge and purpose for which young people aspire.

Join us at Wędrownicza Watra 2026 – “By the roots”, a unique gathering of Polish scouts from all over the country. The event offers a chance to connect with local patrols, build friendships, and experience the traditions that shape Polish scouting. You’ll take part in games, hikes, and workshops, all co-created by participants. One of the highlights is watching over the symbolic campfire that never goes out throughout the event. You will also share meals and moments with a partner patrol, discovering the atmosphere that makes Watra special.

The event takes place on 21-25 August 2026 in Imiołki, Poland, with a participation fee of 60€, covering the programme. Patrols of 5-15 participants aged 15-22 are welcome to join. Wędrownicza Watra is a perfect opportunity to get close to the roots of Polish scouts – its spirit, community, and traditions. We are excited to welcome international participants who want to grow, connect, and experience scouting the Polish way.
