ESR-C16-2026
We invite your NSO/NSA to a meeting with the Europe Support Centre to discuss your organisation's current priorities, recent achievements, challenges, and support needs.
These meetings give you an opportunity to speak directly with us, review ongoing matters, and agree on how the European Scout Region can best support you.
What will we discuss?
The conversation will focus on the following areas:
Your organisation's priorities: Membership trends, strategic objectives, recent achievements and current challenges.
Organisational development: Governance, Safe from Harm implementation, membership growth and retention, and organisational capacity.
Support from the European Scout Region: Current and anticipated support needs, service requests, follow-up actions and matters requiring the attention of the European Scout Committee.
Regional and global engagement: Experiences from recent events, preparations and questions related to Roverway 2028, and feedback on regional activities and the Strategy for Scouting.
Financial sustainability: Funding challenges, resource mobilisation and opportunities to strengthen your organisation's long-term sustainability.
We will also review relevant Safe from Harm processes, including the NSO Survey, self-assessment progress and any support needed with implementation.
Who should participate?
We encourage your Chief Commissioner, International Commissioner, executive leadership, and any other representatives who can contribute to the discussion to participate.
