We are delighted to provide you with the final document of the Joint Action Plan 2025-2028, building on the joint work of the European Regions WOSM and WAGGGS since the 18th European Guide and Scout Conference (in Vienna, Austria) and the first in-person Joint Committee meeting in Brussels, Belgium (March 2026).
In March 2026, the European Scout Committee and the Europe Committee WAGGGS had their first in-person meeting in Brussels, Belgium. The Joint Committee shared updates on their respective regional priorities, regional volunteer structures and overlapping areas where collaboration can be considered. The Joint Committee then set the scene for working together to implement the adopted Joint Action Plan 2025-2028.
