The European Regions of World Scouting and the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) are pleased to share with you the Call for Participants for The Academy 2026.
📅 3-8 November, Westmalle 🇧🇪
👥 Aged 18 and above who volunteer at the national, regional, or district level in a WAGGGS Member Organisation (Europe Region) or a WOSM National Scout Organization/Association (European Scout Region).
💰 430 EUR (including accommodation, meals and tea/coffee breaks, free access to the venue’s facilities, as well as session materials for the full event). Travel costs are not included. 81 participants under 30 can benefit from a reduced participation fee of 150 EUR.
