GLB-C14-2024

We are pleased to share that Member Organizations can now review and consider the draft resolutions to be presented during the 43rd World Scout Conference as part of the key decision-making process to shape the future of the Scout Movement.

The World Scout Committee is proposing draft resolutions, a constitutional amendment, and the next Strategy for Scouting – all of which can be found on scoutconference.org. Detailed information regarding each proposal can be found in the Conference Documents section on scoutconference.org/documentation in WOSM’s official and working languages, with further translations available over the coming period.

Please note that information related to the draft resolution on the World Triennial Plan 2024-2027 is expected to be released by early July 2024. More details are provided in Circular 09-2024.

Furthermore, we wish to highlight that that no constitutional amendments were proposed by Member Organizations.  Member Organizations can still submit their own draft resolutions before the deadline of 23:59 UTC on 17 May 2024. Full guidance on the submission and amendment process can be found on the specific web pages for the Draft Resolutions and Constitutional Amendment and Strategy for Scouting.
