Today, we’re thrilled to share some exciting news that marks a significant shift in connecting and sharing relevant information within the European Scout Region.
Over the past few months, we've been working behind the scenes to enhance our communication strategies and better serve your needs. After careful consideration, research, and piloting with some of you, we’re proud to introduce you to our newly revamped internal communications system!
What is Treehouse, you ask?
It's your one-stop destination for all-things related to the European Scout Region, designed to streamline access to essential information and documents that matter most to you. Here's what you can expect to find at Treehouse:
- Circulars: All circulars from the European Scout Region.
- Regional Events Calendar: An interactive regional calendar with details of upcoming events organised by the Region.
- Funding Dashboard: Insights into regional funding opportunities through a dedicated dashboard.
- Regional Scout Plan: Access the Regional Scout Plan to understand the strategic priorities and initiatives for the Triennium.
- Operational Framework Monitoring Dashboard: Track the implementation of the Operational Framework and monitor progress towards our objectives.
- Internal News: internal developments, news, and updates within the European Scout Region.
- Regional Documents: Essential regional documents, such as the Constitution, Standing Orders, ERO Statutes, and Team Charter, provide insight into our organisational structure and governance.
- Latest Annual Report: the most recent Annual Report to review our achievements, challenges, and progress over the past year.
- Useful Links: The Directory, Learning Zone, and WOSM Services.
Excitingly, Treehouse isn't a static platform. We're committed to adapting and evolving based on your feedback and featuring events and news vital to the Region, such as the upcoming European Scout Conference.
But that's not all! In addition to our regional events, National Scout Organizations (NSOs) can now feature their events on the main Treehouse event page by submitting them via this online form. Remember that you can also add events to Azimuth.
Making our Circulars more concise and introducing our WhatsApp channel
We're also making changes to how we deliver circulars. Our emails will now be more concise, allowing space for other exciting information. And guess what? You can now receive circulars via WhatsApp! We understand that not everyone uses emails similarly, so we're offering a condensed format on WhatsApp to help you prioritise and access information more efficiently.
