Before assisting National Scout Organizations (NSOs), Consultants take part in virtual and in-person sessions designed to improve their understanding of different cultural backgrounds, problem solving abilities, motivational techniques, and other key competencies. And it doesn’t stop there! Regular development opportunities and individual coaching are provided to consultants free-of-charge.
